How it works

Step 1 - Discovery Session
Schedule a no-obligation session—a "discovery call." This will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other better: for me to learn more about you and for you to gain insight into what sessions with me are like. We’ll see if we have a good connection and if we’d like to commit to working together long-term.

Weekly Sessions
During this 3-month program, we’ll meet weekly for 12 online sessions. Each session lasts 60 minutes, and during this time, you will be my top priority. I’ll bring all my focus, expertise, and experience to support you, helping you create strategies to move forward on your journey. Sometimes, I will ask challenging questions aimed at pushing you out of your comfort zone and creating opportunities for you to look at the situation from a new perspective. We will go as far on this journey as you feel ready to go.
The session is conducted in Polish or English.
